As an AI language model, I cannot predict the future, but as of now, there is no information indicating that the Rewi server will be closed forever. However, the decision to close a server ultimately depends on the server's administrators and the circumstances surrounding its operation. Both animal and plant-based proteins have their own benefits. Animal-based proteins tend to be complete proteins, meaning they contain all essential amino acids needed by the body. On the other hand, plant-based proteins are often lower in saturated fats and cholesterol, making them a healthier option for heart health. Ultimately, the best choice depends on individual dietary preferences and health goals. It is recommended to include a variety of protein sources in your diet to ensure you are getting all the essential nutrients your body needs. **

Plant-based protein comes from sources such as beans, lentils, nuts, and seeds, while animal-based protein comes from sources such as meat, dairy, and eggs. Plant-based protein tends to be lower in saturated fat and cholesterol, and higher in fiber and certain vitamins and minerals. Animal-based protein, on the other hand, tends to be higher in complete proteins, which means they contain all the essential amino acids our bodies need. Both types of protein can be part of a healthy diet, and it's important to include a variety of protein sources in your meals. **
